With over 16 years of experience in exclusive clubs, scratch kitchens and fine dining establishments, Wion is set to elevate the culinary offerings at the lodge’s flagship restaurant, The Meandering Goat, with innovative menus that celebrate Alaska’s local flavors.

Wion’s distinguished career includes leadership roles at world-class venues such as Augusta National Golf Club and Stein Eriksen Lodge, where he mastered the art of creating exceptional dining experiences. Known for his expertise in menu development, sustainable sourcing, and strategic kitchen management, he brings a unique blend of creativity and professionalism to the Odyssey Lodge culinary team.
